During a tarot session, you can expect a calm, focused conversation where we explore your question in depth. I will shuffle and interpret the cards based on your energy and situation, explaining the messages clearly and practically. All bookings are final. Once a session is booked and confirmed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Please ensure you are certain about your booking before making the payment.
We do not allow cancellations once a session is booked. However, rescheduling is permitted within an acceptable time frame. Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated.
Urgent rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a lost slot, and a new booking will be required.
The previously reserved time cannot be adjusted or refunded.
You may reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. The rescheduled appointment will be assigned as per the next available slot based on availability.
There will be no Refund or no Reschedule if you miss the session.
